Our Approach
1.Upon contact, we will take details and arrange a site visit within one week.
2. Site visits give us the information we need to provide a quotation. Some of the factors to consider include; site access; obstacles near the trees; overhead or underground utilities; TPOs or Conservation Areas.
3. The next step is to provide a full written quotation within one week of carrying out a site visit. This quotation is free, there is no-obligation. We will be happy to answer any questions about the quote or how we intend to carry out the work.
4. Once a quotation has been accepted, we will book in the job for a date that suits everyone involved.
5. Lastly, before leaving the site, we will check that the work has been carried out to your satisfaction. We always leave our work areas clean and tidy, as we found them.
